Reports and Unbans
Reporting Players and Apologies
Section titled “Reporting Players and Apologies”Timolia offers a lot of freedom. Provocations like “eZ” are not punished as long as they are not spammed, and interaction with one another is more unfiltered. Nevertheless, there are rules that every player on Timolia should follow. Unfortunately, rule violations occur repeatedly, which you can report to the team in various ways:
The Report System
Section titled “The Report System”With a few simple commands, you can report a player to the team if they commit a rule violation. For hacking, teaming, and bugusing, there are so-called Live Reports. If a player cannot behave in chat or is advertising, a Chat Report records all public messages of the accused. Please note that MSGs are not recorded by us to protect your privacy. If a player harasses you via the MSG system, you can report this with a screenshot or a video of the full Minecraft window on Discord.
| Command | Function |
|---|---|
/report <Player>, /rp, /chatreport, /chatrp, /chatlog, /cl, /livereport, /liverp, /teamingreport, /teamrp | Creates a report after selecting the category |
/reportjnr <ID> | Creates a report about a Jump and Run in Jump World |
/reportbugusing <Player> <Description> | Creates a bugusing report |
/reportevidence <Player> <Evidence> | Creates a report with evidence |
/reportinfo <ID> | Shows all info about a report |
/reports [Page] | Opens an overview of your reports |
/reportstats | Shows the success rates of your created reports |
Reporting Players on Discord
Section titled “Reporting Players on Discord”If the player who committed the rule violation went offline before a team member could observe them, you can report the player with evidence on our Discord. Please note that for a hacking report, we require a clear evidence video. Evidence is mandatory. Screenshots are only accepted as evidence for MSG messages; all other rule violations must be proven with a video. Naturally, /report can also be used ingame.
Unban Requests
Section titled “Unban Requests”You can apologize for a ban or mute at any time – regardless of how long the ban lasts or how often you have been banned before. You can submit an apology via a support ticket on Discord.
Ban Statute of Limitations
Section titled “Ban Statute of Limitations”For a rule violation on Timolia, you can be banned for a maximum of 30 days. Once the ban time has been served, you can play on Timolia again; however, the ban days remain on our records. If you violate the rules again, the newly received ban days are added to the recorded ban days.
Since players change, recognize their mistakes, and can improve, there is the so-called Ban Statute of Limitations. This ensures that recorded days do not remain permanently but are gradually reduced. If the sum of ban days drops to 30 or fewer due to the statute of limitations, you can play on Timolia again. The statute of limitations takes effect 6 months after the time of the ban. From then on, 3 ban days are deducted from the corresponding ban every month. For example, if you were banned for 30 days, after 7 months 27 days are still recorded, after 8 months 24 days, and after 16 months the ban is completely expired.
