Everything started with CityBuild. On May 7th, 2011, Tim founded Timolia’s CityBuild. Unfortunately, City had to close on December 16th, 2018, for various reasons. You can find more information about this here.

  • Content: As the creative core, they are responsible for various needs ranging from graphic design to translation.

  • YouTuber: YouTubers are people in the Minecraft scene who have become known through YouTube (or in individual cases, Twitch). For smaller YouTubers, there is the VIP rank. You can learn everything about these ranks here.

  • Premium Ranks: Players with one of our permanent premium ranks receive certain advantages. You can find out which rank offers which benefits here.

Everything regarding applications can be found here. If you have problems with your premium rank, you can find help here.

If you have questions ingame or on Discord, our large support team is always at your disposal. We are always happy when someone approaches us and we can hopefully help you with problems or feedback. We are also happy to support you on our Discord, where you can communicate your concern at any time in the #support channel.

We have a quite complex and unique kick system to provide both premium and normal players with a great gaming experience without long waiting times. Every player receives an individual “kick value” (KV) when joining the network, based on their ingame rank. The higher the rank, the higher the “kick value”. A player with a higher “kick value” kicks the player with the lowest “kick value” if a server is full.

If, for example, a person with the Expert rank enters a full server, a random other person with the lowest KV is sent back to one of the games lobbies. The kicked person’s kick value then increases by 1. On the next attempt, it is therefore more likely that the person will not be kicked, as others now have a lower kick value. As soon as a game starts, everyone is assigned their default kick value again.

You can appeal a ban or mute at any time. You can submit your appeal in a support ticket on our Discord.

Achievements can be completed while playing on Timolia. You can find an overview of all achievements using the command /achievements.

Where can I get the Timolia Optifine cape?

Section titled “Where can I get the Timolia Optifine cape?”

Teaming is explicitly forbidden in 4rena FFA and InTime. In 4rena 2v2, crossteaming is forbidden, and in BrainBow, teaming is only tolerated between two teams. Teaming in the Timolian Games carries no consequences. Further information can be found in the official Rulebook.

In our Discord forum channel #ideas, built arenas can be presented and will be reviewed by all team members, especially our building team.

We do not offer any maps found on our network for download, as it is not appreciated when our arenas are distributed without prior consent. However, we will not take action against the use of our maps; we simply ask that you credit the builders if you should use a Timolia map.
