Two-Factor Authentication

To protect the security of your account, we offer Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Your account is protected by an additional code generated by a mobile app. This code changes every 30 seconds.

Setting up 2FA

Log in to our homepage.
Go to your account settings (My Account) and select the “Security” section.
Download the Google Authenticator app (iOS, Android, Win) to your smartphone.
Open the app and click the plus sign to add a new entry.
You can add a new entry via barcode scanner.
Alternatively, the entry can be added manually by entering the “Secret”.
The generated code changes every 30 seconds.
To finally activate 2FA, you must enter the code on our homepage.
