Game Concept

“Time is money” – this proverb describes InTime better than anything else. Weapons, armor, food, potions, and special items cost time—specifically, your lifetime. If your own time runs out, you die, so it is crucial to handle your time wisely.

How it works

At the start of the game, all players receive their lifetime, which begins to count down once the Timekeeper is activated.
Villagers spawn in the center of the map and distributed across the world, trading various items; the type of items can be identified by the icons above the Villagers’ heads.
After some time, new Villagers spawn at the starting point, trading new items.
As soon as your time runs out, you die, but it is of course possible to gain more time.
If you hit an opponent with the clock, you drain their precious lifetime and transfer it to yourself.
After some time, you can gain lifetime in the center of the map, provided you are there alone.
If a player dies, their remaining time is distributed equally among all surviving fighters.

Special Items

Time Storage: If you right-click a Time Storage, you receive between 90% and 190% of the purchase price back in time.
Timekeeper: If you right-click a Timekeeper, the protection phase is ended.
Clock: If you hit an opponent with the clock, you steal their lifetime. A normal hit transfers ten seconds, while a critical hit transfers fifteen seconds.
Compass: The compass leads you to your nearest opponent.

The remaining ranks remain secret until the corresponding ranks have been achieved. To maintain the surprise factor, only the first few ranks are listed by name.

Premium Features

Premium players have up to four votes in the voting system, depending on their rank.
Premium players receive up to three times more Pixels.
